We recruit fresh law graduates only through our paid assessment internship program. Does Lexygen allow work-from-home?

While our work from home policy is dynamic to keep our team safe and healthy, we have currently resumed working from office and offer our team the option to work from home for 1 day a week.

What is the minimum period for which Lexygen offers internships?

We offer assessment internships for a minimum period of 6 weeks.

Does Lexygen hire fresh law graduates?

As a firm policy, we recruit fresh graduates pursuant to a rigorous assessment internship with us. We do not participate in campus placement drives.

What is Lexygen's recruitment process for lateral hires?

Once we receive your application, we will review to see if it matches our current requirements. If we are looking to hire for a similar profile, we will connect with you to set up an initial interview, followed by a written submission, and a second and final interview.
