Regularly advise and assist with setting up of operations in India, incorporation as companies or limited liability partnerships, day-to-day and annual corporate secretarial compliances on an on-going basis, etc.

Provide legal opinions on various legal issues including exchange control regulations, privacy and data protection laws, environmental laws, labour and employment laws, and so on.

Conduct extensive audits on various internal policies, including privacy and data protection policy, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies, employee handbooks, etc. including for several clients including Circor International, CallidusCloud, Bright Horizons Childcare, and Udacity.

Regularly draft and review employee stock option policy documentation, including the ESOP policy, Board and shareholder resolutions for approving the ESOP policy, Board resolutions approving the award of options, communications with employees relating to the award/grant, and so on.

Advising on compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, including reviewing policies and advising on the grievance redressal process to be followed by the internal complaints committee.

Regularly draft and review business and commercial contracts such as IP licensing, acquisition, and assignment agreements, master services agreements and service level agreements, supplier agreements, customer contracts, contractor agreements, etc., for several clients including Infosys, AWAK Technologies, Bobble.ai, Snapbizz CloudTech, Snowman Logistics, Global Consumer Products, and Xentrix Studios.
